Idea Of North | Christmas Album (Aus) | CD

The Idea Of North is an Australian a cappella quartet that formed in winter 1993, when four friends studying together began singing for fun. The group began performing professionally after the success of its first album. It won the ARIA award for best jazz album in 2010 for its sixth studio album and again in 2013 for its ninth.

This Christmas is a one-disc CD album released on ABC Jazz, and it is a Christmas album in the jazz, pop and holiday styles. The Idea Of North produced it, with arrangements by Andrew Piper and Naomi Crellin. Naomi Crellin plays piano, Gordon Rytmeister plays drums, and Joy Hague is a guest vocalist.
