God Machine, The | Scenes From The Second Storey | 1LP

The God Machine were a trio whose music connected heavy guitar playing with atmosphere and emotional intensity. Their recordings use repetition, space and abrupt changes of scale to build tension, allowing the rhythm section and guitar textures to shape the songs as strongly as the vocals.

Scenes from the Second Storey presents the God Machine's debut in a two record vinyl edition transferred from the original production masters. Heavy guitar passages and spacious, atmospheric sections develop the music's tension, allowing repetition and changes of scale to connect the individual songs across the album.
