Ghetts | Ghetto Gospel The New Testamen | 2LP

Ghetts is a British rapper whose intricate phrasing and intense delivery developed within the grime scene. His music combines technical control with sharply observed storytelling, using changes of rhythm, vocal emphasis and production to connect personal experience with the wider social world around him.

Ghetto Gospel: The New Testament places Ghetts' detailed writing within an extended two record programme. His forceful delivery and changes of rhythmic emphasis connect individual stories with the album's broader perspective, while the production gives different songs their own atmosphere and allows the words to remain central.
