Traffic | When The Eagle Flies | 1LP

Traffic is an English rock band whose members came from the West Midlands. The group was formed in April 1967 by Steve Winwood, Jim Capaldi, Chris Wood and Dave Mason, and began as a psychedelic rock group. It disbanded in 1969, reunited in 1970 to release John Barleycorn Must Die, and split again in 1975, with a partial reunion of Winwood and Capaldi in 1994. Traffic was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2004.

This is a single LP vinyl album, remastered and released in 2021 on Island Records. It was the band's fourth consecutive studio album to reach the American Top Ten Billboard chart and to gain gold album status. The album has a bleaker tone than the band's previous albums. It was produced by Chris Blackwell and Traffic, and its songs were written by Jim Capaldi, Steve Winwood and Vivian Stanshall.
