Gilmorea | Counterweight (Deluxe Edition) | CD

Thea Gilmore is a British singer and songwriter whose work connects incisive lyrics with a strong melodic sense. Her recordings move between intimate acoustic settings and fuller arrangements, while a direct vocal delivery brings personal reflection, narrative detail and social observation into the same musical voice.

The Counterweight is presented here in its deluxe edition, expanding the principal album with additional material. Thea Gilmore's direct vocals and thoughtful writing connect the extended programme, while the extra recordings provide a broader view of the songs and musical ideas around this release.
