The Bluetones | Expecting to Fly | CD

The Bluetones are an English band associated with singer Mark Morriss and guitarist Adam Devlin. Their recordings combine melodic guitar pop with detailed ensemble arrangements, using distinctive vocals, rhythmic bass and drums, and carefully shaped song structures.

Expecting to Fly is the Bluetones' debut album, presented here on CD. The programme connects melodic vocals and guitar writing with the band's rhythm-section arrangements, including Bluetonic and Slight Return within the album sequence.
