Björk | Drawing Restraint 9 | CD

Björk is an Icelandic singer, songwriter and musician whose recordings connect distinctive vocals with experimental arrangements. Her music combines acoustic and electronic textures, developing contrasting rhythmic patterns and melodic details around an individual performance character.

Drawing Restraint 9 is Björk's soundtrack for Matthew Barney's film. This is an album-length CD rather than a CD single, bringing voices and contrasting instrumental material into a sequence designed for the film's distinctive dramatic and visual setting.
