The Byrds | Mr. Tambourine Man (Remastered) | CD

The Byrds were an American band whose recordings helped connect folk songwriting with electric rock arrangements. Their music combines distinctive vocal harmonies and guitar textures, developing songs through melodic detail, rhythmic band playing and influences that extend into country and other styles.

Mr. Tambourine Man presents the Byrds’ album material in an expanded eighteen-track CD programme. The title song and I’ll Feel a Whole Lot Better introduce performances built around vocal harmonies and electric guitar textures, with additional selections extending the original album sequence.
