Santana | In Search Of Mona Lisa | CD

Santana is a Latin rock band from San Francisco, California, USA, led by guitarist Carlos Santana. The band was formed in 1966 under the name Santana Blues Band and changed its name to Santana in 1967. Its first three albums, all with Columbia, were hits at the time, following its performance at the Woodstock Festival in 1969.

In Search Of Mona Lisa is a five-track CD EP released by Concord Records in 2019. The songs were inspired by Carlos Santana's encounter with the Mona Lisa painting at the Louvre in Paris and were produced by Narada Michael Walden and Carlos Santana. Carlos Santana is credited as executive producer, and Cindy Blackman is also credited with the liner notes.
