Ghost | Meliora | CD

Ghost are a Swedish rock band led by Tobias Forge, combining theatrical presentation with memorable melodies and heavy guitar arrangements. Their recordings draw on hard rock, metal and pop songcraft, giving dramatic imagery a musical setting in which carefully shaped choruses are as important as atmosphere.

Meliora presents Ghost's theatrical rock in an album built around strong melodies and a detailed ensemble sound. Cirice, From the Pinnacle to the Pit and Majesty connect heavy instrumental textures with carefully arranged choruses, allowing the record's dramatic atmosphere to develop through the songs themselves.
