Marillion | With Friends At St Davids | Blu-ray

Marillion formed in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, England in 1979 and has been recording consistently since 1982. Their output is generally regarded as falling into two distinct eras, one with original vocalist Fish and one with his replacement, Steve Hogarth, who joined after Fish's departure in 1989. The band's differing styles between the two vocalists have often been known to divide fans.

With Friends At St David's is a live recording by Marillion, made at St David's Hall in Cardiff on 16 November 2019. This Blu-ray edition was released by Ear Music in 2021 and is for Region 4, with English language. Lead vocals are by Steve Hogarth, with Steve Rothery on guitar, Pete Trewavas on bass, Ian Mosley on drums and Mark Kelly on keyboards, and the In Praise Of Folly String Quartet is featured. The release also includes the documentary Making Friends, which shows the band in the studio during the making of With Friends From The Orchestra.
