Björk | Biophilia Remixes (Matthew Herbert Mixes) | CD

Björk is an Icelandic singer, songwriter and musician whose recordings connect distinctive vocals with experimental arrangements. Her music combines acoustic and electronic textures, developing contrasting rhythmic patterns and melodic details around an individual performance character.

Biophilia Remixes Part Six is a three-track CD from Björk's remix series. Matthew Herbert reworks Mutual Core, Sacrifice and Virus, placing songs from Biophilia within new rhythmic and instrumental settings rather than presenting the original album programme.
