Beverley Knight | Soul UK | CD + DVD

Beverley Knight is an English singer whose recordings connect soul, rhythm and blues and popular songwriting. Her performances use expressive phrasing and a wide range of vocal colours, supported by contrasting rhythmic and instrumental arrangements.

Soul UK revisits British soul songs that helped shape Beverley Knight’s musical outlook. Her vocal interpretations connect dance rhythms, ballads and gospel phrasing across the thirteen-song CD. This edition includes a DVD of the Live at the Porchester Hall performance.
