Boy Azooga | 1, 2, Kung Fu! | CD

Boy Azooga are a Welsh band led by songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Davey Newington. Their music connects indie-rock songwriting with rhythmic and psychedelic influences, moving between guitar-led songs, layered studio textures and danceable grooves.

1, 2, Kung Fu! is Boy Azooga’s debut album, bringing rhythmic indie-rock songs and more spacious passages into a connected studio programme. The CD places Davey Newington’s writing and performances within layered guitar, percussion and production arrangements.
