The music on this set comes from Morning of the Earth, a 1972 surfing film by Albert Falzon, in which the soundtrack acts as the narrator and each track is played in its entirety. Reimagined, the tribute album included in the set, features re-recordings by POND, Xavier Rudd, Andrew VanWyngarden, The Autumn Defense and Busby Marou.

This is a 2-disc set combining the original film soundtrack with Reimagined, a tribute album. The original soundtrack produced the Australian number one single 'Open Up Your Heart' and was the first Australian soundtrack to achieve gold sales. It was released by Warner Music Australia.
