Renaissance | A Song For All Seasons: 3cd Remastered & Expanded Clamshell Boxset Edition | 3CD

Renaissance was formed in London in 1969 by former vocalist Keith Relf and drummer Jim McCarty, who wanted to blend rock, folk and classical music. The lineup changed rapidly, and by 1973 had stabilised around Annie Haslam, Michael Dunford, John Tout, Jon Camp and Terry Sullivan, a group that made a string of relatively successful albums over the rest of the decade. Their single 25018 from the album 24998 (1978) was one Top 10 hit in the UK.

A Song For All Seasons is a 3 disc box set from Esoteric Recordings, dated 2019 with a release date of 6 October 2023 and issued for the UK and Europe. The set includes the original album along with previously unreleased material and a BBC Radio One session recorded on 19 August 1978. David Hentschel produced the original album, and the credited musicians include Annie Haslam on lead vocals, Michael Dunford on guitar, Jon Camp on bass and lead vocals, John Tout on keyboards and Terry Sullivan on drums and percussion. Harry Rabinowitz and Louis Clark arranged the orchestral parts, and Rabinowitz conducted.
