Glasper, Robert | Fuck Yo Feelings | CD

Robert Glasper is an American pianist, composer and producer whose work brings jazz into conversation with hip hop, soul and contemporary R&B. His recordings use improvisation, harmonic detail and collaborative performance to connect different musical languages within a consistent rhythmic and emotional world.

Fuck Yo Feelings grew from a two day recording session in which Robert Glasper and collaborating musicians developed ideas through spontaneous performance. The resulting programme has the character of a mixtape, connecting jazz musicianship with different guest voices and production settings rather than following a single conventional album format.
