Sextrash is a death and thrash metal band from Belo Horizonte, Brazil, formed in mid-1987 by former Sarcófago drummer D.D. Crazy, with Oswald Scheid on vocals, Tomy Simmons on bass and Damned Sentry on guitars. In 1988 the band released two demo tapes, and in 1989 a debut 7 inch entitled XXX on Maggot Records. Their first LP, Sexual Carnage, came out in September 1990 on Cogumelo Records, and a second LP, Funeral Serenade, followed in September 1992 with a different line-up.
This is a one disc 45 RPM vinyl LP reissue of Sexual Carnage on Greyhaze Records, and the reissue is remastered. The recording was made in Belo Horizonte in September 1990. Credits include Pussy Ripper on vocals, Fredie Krueger on bass, D.D. Crazy on drums, and Damned Sentry on guitar. The styles listed for the release are death metal and black metal.
