Sierra Leone?S Refugee All Sta | Living Like A Refuge | CD

Sierra Leone's Refugee All Stars is a group of musicians who lived as refugees in Guinea and began playing in a tent camp there, using a few worn guitars and a rusted sound system. American documentary filmmakers made the band the focus of a film, and its success allowed the band to record a full-length album and tour internationally.

This is a 1-disc CD album released in 2006 on the Anti- label. Chris Velan is credited as producer, and Banker White and Zach Niles as executive producers. Reuben M. Koroma is credited as lead vocalist and band leader, and most tracks were recorded at Island Studios in Freetown, Sierra Leone, in 2003 and 2004.
