Slaughter | Strappado Remix (Bi-Color Vinyl) | LP

Slaughter is a Canadian thrash and death metal band from Toronto, Ontario, formed in 1984. In 1990 the band changed its name to Strappado, and it is not to be confused with Slaughter from the USA. It is widely considered one of the earliest proto death metal acts, and its first official release was a 7 inch single in 1986. The band split up in 1989, briefly reformed in December 1994 and split up again in 1995.

Strappado is a thrash and death metal vinyl LP released by High Roller Records. This 6th pressing is limited to 250 copies on black vinyl and is a reissue of a recording made in February 1986 at Future Sound in Toronto, Canada. Brian Taylor and Slaughter are credited as producers, with Mike Busija on remix.
