Talk Talk | Spirit Of Eden (Lpdvd) | 2LP

Talk Talk was a British synth pop and art rock band, formed in London in 1981 and disbanded in 1991. The band had a string of international hit singles, then moved toward a more experimental form with a 1986 album.

This is a 2012 reissue of Spirit of Eden by Talk Talk on Parlophone, consisting of one vinyl LP and one NTSC region 0 DVD-Video. The DVD is audio only and presents the album as a 96kHz/24 bit LPCM stereo mix, and it also includes an additional track, John Cope, originally released in 1988 as a B-side. It is the band's fourth studio album, recorded in London's Wessex Studios between 1987 and 1988. Tim Friese-Greene produced the album and co-wrote it with Mark Hollis, who sang and played piano, organ and guitar.
