Tasaday | Lanimale Profondo | CD

Tasaday is an Italian experimental, noise, tribal, post-rock and industrial group from the Monza area of Brianza in Lombardy. The group was formed from two bands, Die Form and Orgasmo Negato, and chose the name Tasaday in 1984. Active since 1982, they played many live performances in the 1980s and released three LPs in that decade.

L'Animale Profondo is a 2017 reissue of the Tasaday album, issued as a single CD on Officina Fonografica Italiana. Tracks 1 to 10 were originally released on Atzeco Records in July 1986, and the album includes track 11, a previously unreleased live recording from February 1986 at Delta di Venere in Parma. The music is in the electronic genre, with experimental and industrial styles.
