Texas Is The Reason | Texas Is The Reason (Tx30 Special Edition) (Opaque Green) | LP

Texas Is The Reason is an emo and post-hardcore band from New York City, formed in 1994 by members of the bands 108 and Shelter. The name comes from the song 'Bullet'. The group disbanded in 1997, briefly reformed in 2006, and was active again from 2012 to 2013.

This is a 12 inch 45 RPM vinyl EP on Revelation Records, with 800 copies on opaque green vinyl, released in February 2026. It is the first of a three part TX30 Special Edition series marking the 30th anniversary of an album, and includes a bonus track that was previously released on a split 7 inch with Samuel. The recordings were made at Salad Days in Boston, Massachusetts, in 1995.
