The Bee Gees | Melbourne 1971 (2lp) | 2LP

The Bee Gees were a singing trio of brothers who were born on the Isle of Man to English parents and began their musical careers in Brisbane, Australia, before finding worldwide success after returning to the UK. The group sang three-part harmonies and had two distinct periods of exceptional success, first as a harmonic soft rock act in the late 1960s and early 1970s, and then as leading stars of the disco era in the late 1970s. They were inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 1994 and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as performers in 1997, and all three brothers were given CBEs in the 2001-2002 New Year's Honours List.

Melbourne 1971 is a two vinyl LP album, unofficial release on Parachute Recording Company, issued in Europe on 13 May 2022 and dated 2021. The release is in the pop genre.
