Grateful Dead | Workingmans Dead | 1LP

The Grateful Dead is an American rock band that was active from 1965 to 1995 and formed in the San Francisco Bay Area. Jerry Garcia, Bob Weir and Phil Lesh are among the band members credited on this album.

This is a single LP reissue on 180 gram vinyl, released in 2020 on Warner Records. Workingman's Dead is the fourth studio album by the American rock band, recorded in February 1970 and originally released on 14 June 1970. The album moved away from the psychedelic experimentation of earlier albums in favour of Americana-styled songs by Jerry Garcia and Robert Hunter. Music is credited to Garcia and Phil Lesh, lyrics to Robert Hunter, and the reissue was produced for release by David Lemieux.
