The Last Shadow Puppets | Age Of Understatement | 1LP

The Last Shadow Puppets bring together Alex Turner and Miles Kane in a project shaped by orchestral pop and rock. Their music combines dramatic string arrangements, intertwined vocals and guitar-led songwriting, drawing on the cinematic feel of 1960s recordings while retaining a contemporary edge. The Age of the Understatement is their 2008 debut album, made with producer James Ford and orchestral arrangements that frame Turner and Kane’s songs.
