The Sisters Of Mercy | First And Last And Always In London (Purple Vinyl 2lp) | 2LP

The Sisters Of Mercy are a rock band formed in Leeds, UK, in 1980 by singer Andrew Eldritch and guitarist Gary Marx. Their dark subject matter, literary references, cavernous reverb and black record sleeves led the music press to describe them as a goth rock act, though the band has always rejected that description. The band released its debut album, First And Last And Always, in March 1985, after five years of independent releases that had built a large cult following.

First And Last And Always In London is a 2 LP unofficial release by The Sisters Of Mercy, issued in stereo by Expensive Woodland Recordings in 2025. It is listed in the goth rock and post-punk styles.
