Tokyo Blade | Beware The Blade - Classic, Rare & Unreleased 1983 - 2025 (4cd) | 4CD
Tokyo Blade is a heavy metal band from Salisbury, South West England, and was part of the NWOBHM movement. The band used the earlier names Killer, Genghis Khan and Mádäme Guillotine before settling on Tokyo Blade in 1983. It was extremely popular in Europe, touring there on a regular basis, but did not gain comparable interest in Britain despite steady reviews.
This is a box set of four CDs compilation released by Dissonance Productions in December 2025, titled Beware The Blade with the subtitle Classic, Rare and Unreleased 1983 to 2025. It includes classic tracks from several eras of the band, a rare live set recorded at the Earthquake Festival in Holland in 1984, and a fourth disc of 14 unreleased songs curated by Andy Boulton from his archive.
