TOTO | Turn Back | 1LP

Toto was originally a group of Los Angeles based studio musicians, including guitarist Steve Lukather, keyboardist David Paich, bassist David Hungate and the Porcaro brothers, who also did session work for other stars. Their commercial peak was 1982's TOTO IV, which won several Grammy awards including Album Of The Year. The band is best known for hits such as "Africa", "Hold The Line" and "Rosanna", and it continues to tour.

Turn Back is the third studio album by Toto, originally released in 1981. This edition is a single LP issued by Columbia in 2020, produced by Toto, with remastering credited to Elliot Scheiner and Toto. Musicians credited on the album include Steve Lukather on guitar and vocals, Bobby Kimball on vocals, David Paich on keyboards and synthesizer, Jeff Porcaro on drums and Steve Porcaro on keyboards and electronics. The album gave the band its first top-ten hit in Japan, where it sold steadily, but it was a commercial disappointment elsewhere, failed to produce any charting singles, and sold approximately 900,000 copies worldwide.
