U2 | How To Dismantle An Atomic Bom | CD
U2 are an Irish rock band from Dublin, formed in 1976. After Steve Lillywhite produced their first three albums, they hired Daniel Lanois and Brian Eno to produce The Unforgettable Fire and The Joshua Tree, which put them onto charts all over the world. After the 80s ended they reinvented their sound with Achtung Baby, adding electronic elements to their rock music. They were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2005 as performers.
How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb is a one disc UK special edition of U2's album, released in 2004 by Island Records. It is the band's eleventh studio album and follows All That You Can't Leave Behind. Steve Lillywhite is named as a producer, alongside Daniel Lanois, Flood, Chris Thomas and Jacknife Lee, and the album was recorded at Hanover Quay in Dublin and in the South of France. The UK edition includes the bonus track Fast Cars.
