U2 | POP | 2LP

U2 are an Irish rock band from Dublin, formed in 1976. After Steve Lillywhite produced their first three albums, they hired Daniel Lanois and Brian Eno to produce The Unforgettable Fire and The Joshua Tree, which put them onto charts all over the world. After the 80s ended they reinvented their sound with Achtung Baby, adding electronic elements to their rock music. They were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2005 as performers.

Pop is a remastered reissue of U2's album, issued as a 2 LP vinyl set on Island Records and released on 13 April 2018. The album was originally released in 1997 as U2's ninth studio album and was produced by Flood, with additional production by Howie B and Steve Osborne. The release includes a digital download.
