Waterparks is an American pop punk and pop rock band formed in Houston, Texas, in 2011. The group currently consists of Awsten Knight on lead vocals and rhythm guitar, Geoff Wigington on backing vocals and lead guitar, and Otto Wood on backing vocals and drums.

Intellectual Property is a 2023 album by Waterparks, released as a single vinyl LP on Fueled By Ramen on 14 April 2023. This limited edition was restricted to 1,500 copies and was exclusive to Alternative Press.
