Willie J Healey | People and Their Dogs | CD

Willie J Healey is an English singer-songwriter from Oxfordshire whose music combines indie rock with melodic pop and roots influences. His recordings use a conversational vocal style and guitar-centred arrangements, allowing personal observations and shifts in atmosphere to shape the songs.

Released in 2017, People and Their Dogs is Healey's debut album. The collection introduces his mixture of guitar-based songwriting and varied studio textures, moving between restrained pieces and fuller band performances while establishing the melodic approach developed in his later work.
