Yachts | Suffice To Say ~ The Complete | CD

Yachts were formed by art students in Liverpool in April 1977 out of an earlier band known as Albert Dock or Albert and the Cod Warriors. They signed to Stiff Records, releasing the single 'Suffice To Say', and then to Radar Records, which released two albums, a self titled debut and Yachts Without Radar. After Radar was dissolved, the band released the single 'A Fool Like You' on Demon before splitting up in 1981.

Suffice To Say (The Complete Yachts Collection) is a 3 CD box set compilation released on the Cherry Red label. It brings together the band's albums with singles, B-sides and live tracks. Producers credited across the set include Clive Langer, Martin Rushent, Richard Gottehrer, Vic Maile and Will Birch, and the liner notes are by Les Glover and Mark Kermode.
