Behemoth is an extreme metal band formed in 1991 in Gdańsk, Poland. It began as a black metal band and moved towards blackened death metal. The band was formed by frontman Nergal, initially under the name Baphomet.

This is a limited edition vinyl LP album by Behemoth, released by Nuclear Blast Records as a single disc. It has eight songs and is classed in the metal and rock genres, with black metal and death metal styles. Nergal is the founder and frontman of the band.
