Girls Aloud | TEN | CD

Girls Aloud were a British pop group whose recordings paired distinctive shared vocals with adventurous songwriting and production. Their singles often combine several melodic ideas within one song, using contrasting sections, rhythmic shifts and carefully arranged harmonies to create an immediately recognisable pop identity.

Ten marks Girls Aloud's tenth anniversary with a selection of established singles and four new recordings. Sound of the Underground, I'll Stand by You and The Promise sit within a programme that connects the group's different pop styles, while the new material gives the anthology an additional perspective.
