Us3 | Hand On The Torch | VINYL

Us3 are a British group whose innovative use of Blue Note jazz recordings brought acoustic swing and hip-hop production into a vivid new dialogue. Their music combines sampled history, live improvisation and sharply rhythmic rap.

Hand On The Torch connects Blue Note jazz samples with hip-hop rhythm and live musical interplay. Cantaloop (Flip Fantasia) introduces the album’s lively dialogue between jazz history and contemporary production.
