Uncle Slam | Will Work For Food | VINYL

Uncle Slam were an American crossover-thrash band whose fast, aggressive recordings joined heavy-metal technique to hardcore-punk urgency. Their work reflects the combustible Los Angeles underground of the late 1980s and early 1990s.

Will Work For Food mixes thrash-metal riffs with the confrontational energy of hardcore punk. Uncle Slam’s tightly driven performances give the album a forceful crossover character.
