Composer and arranger Les Baxter was a leading figure in exotica, bringing orchestral textures and percussion into instrumental music. His 1970 album Que Mango! features the 101 Strings orchestra with Latin rhythms and funk elements. This Record Store Day 2022 reissue adds three bonus tracks to the original album.
