Mike Bloomfield & Al Kooper | The Live Adventures of Mike Bloomfield & Al Kooper | 2CD

Mike Bloomfield was an American guitarist associated with electric blues, while Al Kooper worked as a keyboard player, singer and producer. Their collaborations connect blues improvisation with rock songs and extended ensemble playing.

Recorded at the Fillmore West in 1968, The Live Adventures follows their Super Session collaboration. This two-CD programme documents concert performances with a broader band setting, combining songs with extended instrumental passages.
