Streets | Darker The Shadow The Brig | CD
£9.00
The Streets is a British act led by Mike Skinner, who was brought up in Birmingham and now lives in Brixton. The first two Streets albums were nominated for the Mercury Music Prize, and A Grand Don't Come For Free was nominated in 2004. The single 'Fit But You Know It' was a Top 5 hit in the summer of 2004.
The Darker The Shadow The Brighter The Light is a one disc CD album released by Warner Music Group in 2023. Mike Skinner wrote all the songs, which feature vocal contributions from Kevin Mark Trail and Robert Harvey, plus a track featuring Teef. The songs soundtrack a film and at times narrate it, and the album and the film can be enjoyed separately.
