U2 | Two Hearts Beat As One/Sun | 1LP

U2 are an Irish rock band from Dublin, formed in 1976. After Steve Lillywhite produced their first three albums, they hired Daniel Lanois and Brian Eno to produce The Unforgettable Fire and The Joshua Tree, which put them onto charts all over the world. After the 80s ended they reinvented their sound with Achtung Baby, adding electronic elements to their rock music. They were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2005 as performers.

This is a Record Store Day 2023 vinyl EP on one 12 inch 45 RPM disc, released by Island Records in 2023 to mark the 40th anniversary of U2's third studio album, War. It contains two original studio recordings from 1983 and two reimagined versions from the 2023 album Songs Of Surrender. The EP was produced by The Edge, Steve Lillywhite and Duncan Stewart, and mixed by Duncan Stewart and Richard Rainey.
